Party Booking & Cancellation Policy — Sasquatch Ice Sports, LLC

How booking works. Send the request below and we'll confirm your date, availability and total. We then email you a Square payment link. Your party is reserved once it is paid in full — the $100 base plus every guest — because those guests take spots in a public skating session that we hold for you.

Cancelling. Once paid: cancel 6 or more days before your party and you receive a 100% refund. Inside 5 days we cannot offer a refund — by then the ice time is committed and the staff and coaches for your party are scheduled.

Smaller turnout. If fewer guests arrive than you booked, the booking stands as paid — the ice time and staffing were reserved for the headcount you gave us.

Extra guests. Guests beyond your booked count are welcome and pay at the window. On a busy session we may have to ask them to wait for the next one.

If we close. If we cancel — weather, ice conditions, anything on our side — you get a full refund or a free rebook, your choice. That applies no matter how close to the date it happens.

Requests. Email info@iceskatecloudcroft.com. Refunds are reviewed by our team and issued back to your original payment method through Square.
